This was the most popular recipe that we posted during Thanksgiving season. It’s quick, simple, healthy and everyone loves it!
Ingredients:
3 large Sweet Potatoes
2 T Coconut Oil
2 T Coconut sugar
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Pink salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Smoked Chipotle
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Paprika
Directions:
Peel & Slice potatoes into 1/2-1” slices.
Place on top of a lined baking sheet.
Brush oil on top of sliced potatoes.
Mix all spices + sugar together and sprinkle on top of potatoes.
Bake on top rack @ 400F for 20-30 minutes (Check at 20 minutes by poking with a fork)
