These are both great recipes to keep near by for salad dressing or dip to keep your family happy + healthy!
Mayo Base Ranch Dressing
Ingredients:
1 1/2 C Avocado Mayo
1/4 C Non-Dairy milk
1 1/2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
3 cloves of Garlic
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp pink salt
Directions:
Start by chopping the garlic in a food processor by itself.
After the garlic is chopped add the rest of the ingredients and blend until well mixed.
Enjoy!
Cashew Base Ranch Dressing
Ingredients:
1 C Raw Cashews
1/2 C Non-dairy milk
2 T Water
2 T Lemon Juice
1 T Yellow Mustard
1 tsp Pink Salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika
2 T chopped fresh parsley
2 T chopped chives
1 tsp dried dill
Directions:
Soak cashews in water for 4 hours.
Blend cashews, milk, lemon juice, mustard, salt + pepper, garlic, onion, and paprika.
Then mix in parsley, chives, and dill.
