When you are craving chocolate and want to keep it “guilt free” I encourage you to try out this super delicious + fudgey brownie recipe!! Ingredients:
1/2 C Tahini (runny)
1/2 C Almond Butter
1/4 C Maple Syrup
1/2 C Coconut Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
2 eggs
1/3 C Cacao Powder (unsweetened)
1 T Coconut Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/3 C Chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F
Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl.
In a larger bowl mix together wet ingredients. Once well mixed add the dry ingredients.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper. Fill with batter.
Bake for 23-25 minutes - when knife inserted into the middle comes out clean or just a few crumbs attached. Don’t over bake :)
