Paleo/Grain Free Granola

Here’s a granola for all my Paleo and Grain-free peeps out there!!! Using a variety of nuts to substitute the oats, this granola is sweet and crunchy and gives you ALL the feels of traditional granola. We added some to our afternoon acai bowl treat :)⁠

Ingredients:

2 C mixed nuts (we did almonds, mac nuts, and walnuts)

1 C seeds (we did pumpkin + sesame)

1 C shredded coconut

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/4 C coconut oil, 1/4 C honey or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla⁠

Directions: Pulse all ingredients in a food processor. Bake @320F for 30-40 minutes, turning once half way.⁠
