Spiced Sweet Potato

This was the most popular recipe that we posted during Thanksgiving season. It’s quick, simple, healthy and everyone loves it!

Ingredients:

  • 3 large Sweet Potatoes

  • 2 T Coconut Oil

  • 2 T Coconut sugar

  • 1 tsp Chili Powder

  • 1 tsp Pink salt

  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Chipotle

  • 1/2 tsp Cumin

  • 1/4 tsp Paprika

Directions:

  1. Peel & Slice potatoes into 1/2-1” slices.

  2. Place on top of a lined baking sheet.

  3. Brush oil on top of sliced potatoes.

  4. Mix all spices + sugar together and sprinkle on top of potatoes.

  5. Bake on top rack @ 400F for 20-30 minutes (Check at 20 minutes by poking with a fork)
