Ranch Dressing (two ways!)

These are both great recipes to keep near by for salad dressing or dip to keep your family happy + healthy!

Mayo Base Ranch Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 C Avocado Mayo

  • 1/4 C Non-Dairy milk

  • 1 1/2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 3 cloves of Garlic

  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp pink salt

Directions:

  1. Start by chopping the garlic in a food processor by itself.

  2. After the garlic is chopped add the rest of the ingredients and blend until well mixed.

  3. Enjoy!

Cashew Base Ranch Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 C Raw Cashews

  • 1/2 C Non-dairy milk

  • 2 T Water

  • 2 T Lemon Juice

  • 1 T Yellow Mustard

  • 1 tsp Pink Salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp paprika

  • 2 T chopped fresh parsley

  • 2 T chopped chives

  • 1 tsp dried dill

Directions:

  1. Soak cashews in water for 4 hours.

  2. Blend cashews, milk, lemon juice, mustard, salt + pepper, garlic, onion, and paprika.

  3. Then mix in parsley, chives, and dill.

  4. Enjoy!
