Paleo Brownies

When you are craving chocolate and want to keep it “guilt free” I encourage you to try out this super delicious + fudgey brownie recipe!! Ingredients:

  • 1/2 C Tahini (runny)

  • 1/2 C Almond Butter

  • 1/4 C Maple Syrup

  • 1/2 C Coconut Sugar

  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/3 C Cacao Powder (unsweetened)

  • 1 T Coconut Flour

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • 1/3 C Chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl.

  3. In a larger bowl mix together wet ingredients. Once well mixed add the dry ingredients.

  4. Stir in chocolate chips.

  5. Line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper. Fill with batter.

  6. Bake for 23-25 minutes - when knife inserted into the middle comes out clean or just a few crumbs attached. Don’t over bake :)
